On a catamaran in Captiva, a pod of dolphins joined us. They rolled, jumped, and followed us for 30 minutes. The more we clapped and cheered for them,the more they performed! A once in a lifetime experience, we all were mesmerized.

I was Surf Fishing with my family & friends at alligator point,Fl… Everyone went up to the house to make lunch & I was there by myself on the beach when a Whale breach the surface just yards away from the shore ! I looked up & down the beach no one was around… I just had surgery so I couldn’t walk fast but hurried to the house to tell everyone what I saw..When I got to the house I told my Dad & everyone .. all they said I must have been mistaken .. whales don’t come down this far.. I looked at my Dad & he just smiled..he thought it meds I had to take ..I felt I needed to prove myself! I went out all after noon.. nothing! We all went back to the house & someone turned the TV on … The announcer started telling us there was a pod of whales that had got disoriented & beached themselves .. it showed a video of them.. saying they were too far south & too close to shore .. It was just down the beach from our house! I looked at Dad & he was smiling .. but he still never a word ..
