what about if you don't have the money and you feeling embarrassed because you could never go up but what about if you have time you can cook you could clean you could go see the shutting the sick the elderly you can go to the hospitals you can read the Bible to them you can help them so they doctor's appointments you could do all that home health aide will do but a little bit more and just not get paid money God will repay you for your good deeds what happened to that and that takes time and patience efforts that's more than given money because money make you feel good for a moment but if you give all the elderly and the sick people money guess what that's not going to cure them that's not going to give them a laugh or put a smile on their face when you fluff they pillow or give them a massage or read them something from the Bible or hold their hand or you make them feel like they are loved
you forcing them to stay into church God did not put a church for money or to buy Cadillacs yes the pastor and his wife and kids must be taken care of if he doesn't work if he spend all his time pastoring and going to the hospital and praying and laying hands and bible studies and that's all he's doing is work work for the church but some passes only work on Sundays they don't see patients in the hospital anymore go to homes have studies so where's the money going how long is the roof going to leak of course you got to pay light and gas and property tax I don't know if it's the same but it's free for church especially if you have a storefront there's so many funds and free things that church get like food and clothing but only the church people see it and I know this for a fact
This is why I quit going to church. my church would take offering at the beginning of service every Sunday, then one Sunday, the gospel was about giving more to the church, and then they took the offering after. SMH. The only one good thing, was the pastor saying if you were hungry or needing a few bucks, you could take it from the offering, but ain't anybody dumb enough to do it. lol
I don't understand why you have to give so much in church. What you are obligated to give is 10% of month of your earnings and if you have a little more despair that's fine, but you're obligation to God is 10%, nothing more.
