Mexico has consistently voted pro US for Years, they have been consistently less critical of the US as well. instead of sending foreign aid and trade to countries that hate us they should funnel more into Mexico and strengthen that bond further. Mexico GDP has almost caught up to Canada we might as well help them tip the scale and let Canada rot on its own.
