Suspicious. Same thing my crazy peeping tom next door neighbors would say. They'd get in my backyard... look into my windows... after throwing their balls and other crap over the fence. Pathetic ... freaks... jealous... r*cist... losers... etc. Cops told me they would put up cameras, and I finally did. It's a pain dealing with mentally ill criminals.🙄

the title of this is misleading there's nothing in this video that shows him being sexually or physicaly inappropriate with a minor relationship wise..he was in someone's roof and a kid got scared
