Back when I worked for subway we gave them a free sub on the spot.. but that was 10 to 15 years ago. I haven't been to subway but this is a store owner problem. not the franchise. just like how some have tip jars and a store 15 minutes away are not allowed to have tip jars. Working by a lake making cold cuts for charters I would always get a $20 tip a week but when a female (wont say her name) became the store owner. I couldn't accept it. even tho I always split it if another coworker was on the clock. Control freaks make terrible bosses. plus she was a loose goose 😂😂😂🤷♂️🤷♂️
