There were two cars racing, the girl yelling and her sister were in the white car while her cousin and boyfriend were in another car (that car wasn't a part of this accident). (white car was going I think they said 150 or 190mph on a 45mph road!) They collided because the male driving the red car couldn't see how fast the white car was going before it was too late. The couple in the red car died on impact while the people who were racing the white car survived... I think the woman on the ground who had died later to her injuries. There was an entire law made due to this accident. The courts wanted to blame the dead male driver of the red vehicle over making a driving error... The girl who drove the white vehicle was sentenced to only 2 years (I think?) and also got a suspended license... She definitely got off very easy for having murdered 2 innocent people trying to drive home! This episode angered me so fucking much.

I think they were racing or something I'm not sure.... there was a video about how a female has multiple speeding tickets, how she races people all the time, etc etc. I am not 100% sure if it's the same chick....I'm pretty sure it is long story short she goes to jail.

I've seen this whole video, the female was yelling I hope she is de*d because blah blah blah some argument or something they were having or because of reckless driving.....it's a really long video on YouTube if anyone is interested.
