That rule was made to make the politicians feel good ! I see it all the time , People have no respect for the laws , loud cars , tinted windows that are so black you can’t see the driver . Tint is only suppose to be 28% on the driver side and probably the passenger side also . The cops do not enforce any of it . They don’t care ! And our tax dollars pay these people . It’s disgusting how people behave . They give the finger to the rules .
