Guarantee that his States Game Wardens found this 🤡 within 24 hours of posting this on his IG. They don't take this stuff lightly at all. I bet they took his boat, all of his gear, all of his hunting equipment, gear, weapons, truck used to pull that boat etc. Then they hit him with 5 figures in fines, took his hunting and fishing licenses and privileges for atleast 10 years if not for life. Those bans carry across State lines so that means he lost that privilege 100%mmmmmme USA. Sure he will be able to still fish on private property in a private pond or lake. He still won't be able to hunt though, even on private property.
I sent this to my brother who is a game warden. He said he knows about this and the guys never allowed to fish again.

Can someone ELI5 the cruelty? To me, it looks like he poured a water soluble condiment down the throat of a fish and then returned the fish to water. Am I missing some biological reasons this would cause the fish inordinate pain?
Based off of the comments I’m guessing not many here have caught a bass or gone fishing at all for that matter. When you keep a fish (especially in the back country) it suffocates until dead unless you feel like a barbarian and bash its head in instead. Stupid and immature but nothing compared to if that fish had been kept for dinner.
