Lock her up. Has she no self control? Lock her up, she has had multiple chances. If she does drink drive and kill someone the judge should also be held responsible if he lets her go free.

I just had a thought actually two thoughts. One is it's very difficult in my neck of the woods to find a sponsor. I didn't drink and drive after I had my first one, her first excuse. The reason we have these laws is it's proven that there's a high chance of an accident under the influence. My thought is it could easily be argued that this could be considered attempted murder or attempted assault. there are still too many excuses. I also watch many videos where they give the charged person far more chances than prioritizing the victim. I really wish we would get back to common sense in this country! It's affecting everything. The victimization has been going on way too long.
Long jail sentence is needed.

The way I see it is if you drink and drive you are an attempted murderer, you may not know it because you're wasted, but that's what you are. and to think they want to put marijuana in the same category as alcohol when marijuana and alcohol buzzes are completely different.

I am a man that made a mistake or 3 .but I baker acted my self in for treatment and was able to stop drinking. but it was 1989 and they are still not letting me get my drivers license. I am not able to get help 😢
I can't imagine how someone who has had a loved one killed by a drunk driver would think about someone like her...only because of God's grace she hasn't killed someone in those 4 times of driving drunk...I truly hope this judge didn't take the risk...but it does seem that criminals are not being punished for their crimes as they used to

When you blow it this many times you don't get more chances to kill others as you drink and drive. She's not able to stop on her own. A sponsor won't stop her. Put her into a treatment program. Next time she's in court she'll be sooo sorry she "accidentally" killed somebody.
