just like the other guy said about the local swimming pool, chlorine is normal to be in tap water if normal to be in a pool because it kills off bacteria, I'd rather the less than 0.0001% chance of getting cancer than the 100% chance of dying from bacteria normally found in water before cleaning.

so glad there's actually educated people on this app. Smart enough to not just watch a video like this and immediately think the person is telling the truth. definitely a flat earther made this video.

Um you dunked your hand in the water. You didn't absorb the chlorine you neutralized the chlorine by putting your hand in the water. The chlorine killed all the germs and bacteria on your hand therefore weakening the strength of chlorine. Imagine if people didn't lie and make up shit just to sell a products smh.

quite literally everything and anything can cause cancer. everyone can get cancer at any moment of time in their life. stop with the "leading cause of cancer" or "proven to cause cancer" stuff.

Wouldn’t this have worked better if she put her hand in the cup with yellow and when removed it was no longer yellow since as she said the chlorine is no longer there. Something doesn’t feel right here. I believe chlorine is bad for you and we should try avoiding it, but I’m questioning the validity of this video.

so how do I remove the chlorine from the water?

avator

Sure there’s chlorine in the tap water, however what is not being shown is how much chlorine is in the water. 4 parts per million is the maximum dose for human consumption, but they’re not telling you that and they want you to concentrate on the yellow die to exaggerate the amount of chlorine in the water. This is BS folks …

We don't need a close up shot of the first glass to show it turn yellow, but it's a way to change the other glass & lie about this experiment

I work at a water treatment plant, and we do add chlorine to water to kill ecoli and giardia try drinking straight out of the river and see how well that works

Notice how they don't show the bottle for the chlorine tester in the second glass... chlorine is not going to be completely removed from just touching it. This is probably clipped for some bs filter pyramid scheme system.

Chlorine residual in water is normal and needed. Chlorine is added to water for disinfection, once breakpoint chlorination is achieved you are left with residual chlorine. This residual chlorine is safegard to protect from bacterias forming. Once you stick your dirty ass hand in the water, whatever residual chlorine that was in the cup of water was needed to kill bacteria on hand.

the test you have there is testing for available chlorine you used up the tiny bit of chlorine disinfecting your fingers you 100% didn't absorb all the chlorine stop being dumb. that being said city water isn't good for anyone I'd only call something tap water if it came from a deep well

That's not what happens to the chlorine. You have no idea how chlorine works in water. Nor how free chlorine works when it comes into contact with dirt and / or other forms of contaminate 🤦🏾‍♂️

Doesn't she know you can get cancer from just about everything nowadays. I'll stay with the chlorinated water and not die from parasites or bacteria. That kind of death is worse than cancer.

straight garbage. The levels in our water aren't enough to do anything to us. You would have to drink 100% concentrated bleach straight from the jug for it to have any effect on you. let's be smarter than this people.

OK, well I don’t think it’s gonna cause cancer if it’s coming out of your tap I don’t think the FDA would ever approve that if it was gonna give you cancer and two it might give you cancer, but it would have to be a shit ton of it and all of it would have to be in your body because you can’t just drink it and it gives you cancer just think about pools like you swim in those a lot. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t get no cancer.

Where's the little bottle you had 1st used in the glass on the left? You 1st dropped the few drops into the glass on left. And had placed it directly behind the glass on the right. Then you conveniently zoom in the shots of the left glass. And lo and behold that little chlorine testing bottle is no longer where you had placed behind the right glass. Then. Presto change oh. You have the perfect gaslighting display for the low intelligence to just suck up with a straw. SLURP! SLURP! SLURP!! Now wipe your chins. And test it with a stupid strip. If it doesn't change to a bright blue color then you are dumber then a box of rocks, easily gaslighted, hood winked and suckered in by charlatans, schiesters and GRIFTERS. Don't be that schmuck. Because the next step is being recruited for maga. And no one needs to be that stupid.
