I just did the math as best as I could with the information. so for him spending 44 years in prison which he didn't do, and if he was out of prison living his life working a normal job for 44 years. it comes up to around a million just for that and that's only doing $10 an hour full time for 44 years. I'm not counting all the times that minimum wage has went up. now it's at $16.66 starting the beginning of the year. he definitely should be awarded some type of compensation for this, especially since he did not do it obviously the attorneys and prosecutors at the time of his trial obviously didn't dig hard enough and find out all these inconsistencies that he was able to find out while he was incarcerated, which if you've ever been incarcerated it's really hard to get paperwork together. so I really hope that they award this man with the money that he lost while being locked up for this long.

well the first thing I want to know is, were the two sisters charged with giving false information that imprisoned a man for a quarter of his life?. him going to prison ruined anything he had going in his life at the time I'm sure, and he will never get those years back or what horrible things he may have went through while he was incarcerated. those sisters should be arrested and put in jail, because for him to have been given a hundred years in prison for what they say was alleged misconduct. well that doesn't sound like very much, and for him to get a 100 years for it is insane. I hope he files a wrongful suit against those sisters, and against whatever investigators supposedly investigated & obviously didn't come up with crap. 44 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit.

I don't know which state the prison was at. in the state of New York each year someone is in prison the cost to keep him or her is 168,000.00America has more prisoners. We have far too many laws. God gave the 10 commandments which he wrote in stone with his finger. one law keep the sabbath holy don't work on the Sabbath. Later the Sanhedrin court made up of Pharisees and the Sadducees. Now the Sadducees didn't believe in life after death that is why thy are Sad you see.over a period of time the law which said don't work and keep the sabbath holy. This turned into 613 things that the Jews couldn't do on the sabbath.Not looking forward to the Sabbath. Thousands of laws has been added. once added they they tend to never change unless The president makes a executive law.
