Even if she left 13 days prior to the signing of the papers, and they are still married yes she can get part of the money.but if they went to court and did the separation legally through the courts, no she couldn't get anything from him, but just walked out she could, they are still legally married.
When you want to be separated from your spouse it's better to go to court and get it done legally. this is why people lose everything, home, cars, business money, especially when they have worked hard for years and built up and saved, after the separation to have it all thrown away in a divorce settlement.and mind you some married couples although they may be separated. some of them be separated for 10 or 15 years before they think about getting a divorce, and still get money from the other spouse in the divorce.
She only left him 13 days prior to the signing, (Not Divorved!!) So the marriage is still in effect. He now has to prove she was unfaithful(Before or After) leaving in order for her not to get anything, otherwise-They are still LEGALLY married and so she is still entitled to whatever he has come into. That's the reality of it.
