As a retired law enforcement officer I would suggest waiting until all of the facts in this unfortunate situation are known, anyone who has ever been in the position of having to deal with what appears to have been the pursuit of an apparently armed suspect can attest to the appropriateness of the officers actions.
shyt is cracra. police had no reason, no yell for gun, no cautious approach, immediate foot chase, and no call for assistance when taking down a suspect straight brute force. well that officer should see a lawsuit along with eyewitnesses testimonies plus video and POV evidence... I basically pursue prison time along with the lawsuit.
