Me too, I cleaned a guys house 2 times a week to buy all mine and my soon to be born infant's needs and my pregnancy needs. Haduit when the baby was born because my employer didn't want the liability of an infant on site. 6 weeks after birth I was working PT fry baskets and PT on window at a burger joint. Never failed to find work and pay for my own.

My daughter JUST had a baby 5/24/24 and the hospital gave her a brand new in the box never been opened $400 very nice and expensive breast pump to go home with plus re-stocked the room 4-5 to times and kept telling her to make sure she takes everything in the room to go home with, which was cases of formula, bottles, pacifiers, diapers, wipes, onesies, receiving blankets, etc. but YES THEY DO GIVE YOU A BRAND NEW BREAST PUMP RIGHT AT CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL IN BUFFALO NY!!!
I remember being 19 with two kids and not a damn person to help me, I had to steal a pack of diapers for my daughter. I felt horrible but now looking back I did what I had to for my kids including some stuff I would rather not say to feed them.
