STOP with this bullshit!! This is what causes confusion. Everybody is trying to talk at the same time. STOP resisting. The only thing he had to do was comply. I'm not defending the police but it would not have escalated. The cops skin color shouldn't have been mentioned.
always film all encounters with police from the start of altercation that way people can see how it started otherwise we cant be certain the officer wasnt acting within reason. But it does appear they were abusing their authority for no reason. There was no threat to there safety for the continued tasing after the man was sitting on the bench. He was maced and tased for no reason and when they tackled him to the bench he had his hands in front of his face they could have put the cuffs on him then but instead decided to continue hurting him and escalating the crowd further. There was no reason for guns to be drawn either. If you are walking around scared of confrontation and don't know how to deescalate a situation without hurting people you don't need to be a cop. And all those officers should be charged, and fired without pay and not hireable in any police department or jail for the rest of their life.

Trying to resist is what gets people killed. All citizens are better off complying with the officers commands as you won’t win when they have tasers guns and other weapons regardless. At least you still have your lives. If you’re going to record it’s best to do so quietly or they may arrest you as well for interfering in an investigation. Then you can go to court to prove your innocence, if you are indeed innocent. Ask Lawyer to obtain the body cams as well. Let’s stop the craziness and the hatred in this country. Without seeing the beginning or the end no one knows for sure what happened or if the officer was justified using force. It’s easy to get the wrong impression without knowing all of the facts and saying this or that person was in the wrong. Until more information comes out then everything right now is just people jumping to conclusions
