People drive fast and reckless as hell you have to be super careful when you walk in the street me myself I’m scared to cross streets on foot

I can’t see why people aren’t more caring about the person in the street. Can’t they squat down and talk to them. This seems very cold to me. I feel sorry for the person that got hit even if he did jaywalk.
