I will just give my opinion from what I just watched, I don't understand why the police officer got so aggressive and cut the guy off like he did, he could have pulled up beside him and asked him to pull over, I watched this video like 3 times and I don't see him trying to run anywhere, I just see the motorcycle guy really confused and not knowing what is going on.
I’m on my third year of law school.. constitutional law. Most officers in this country don’t know the constitutional law.. your rights.. The police academy just trains these officers basic training for six months Most citizens are learning their rights against police departments because videos like this all over the internet. Please be safe and obey the law, but learn your constitutional rights as well

If you listen, he asked him where his tags were, which meant that it wasn't on the bike like it's supposed to be, and the cyclist was trying to go around the cop. So, no, the cop wasn't wrong and had good reason to pull him over.

My question is what the motorcycle rider was doing before the policeman showed up before the video started. odd that video started just before policeman showed up. what. was edited out. this video edited to hide what he was doing. it would be wise to see dash camera from policeman. think of all the motorcycle videos that shows doing wheelies while in traffic. remember this is only the motorcycle rider version. who is narrating this video. he was not riding along. editing was done after the event. of course the won't show what really happened. we will never see the whole video.

Law enforcement is a line of work that draws people who get off on having control over people. If you do something that inhibits that high they feel (like citing constitutional law) they will become very aggressive and you will find yourself in a dangerous situation.
A lot of police don’t like bikers, some bikers rabbit and make it dangerous for the police. There’s fault on both sides. I very seldom see a police officer pulling a biker over any more.
