I slowed it down and the person flew out of that charger because it got hit from the driver left headlight and spun it around and there wasn't a pedestrian it was like a fire hydrant right at the corner something black with a car crashed into the corner of the building
Speed kills is the title. the car was speeding and the people in the car or around the car were not killed or hurt. Only when the car came to a complete stop instantly did someone get hurt or killed. so speed doesn't kill coming to a complete stop instantly kills.
