The parents should be charged with neglect!! Looks like an abduction to me…Why pick the little girl up and hold her so close to his body like she’s his child…If he was helping. Get the facts 7News On Your Side found court records revealing Caceres Jaldin has been involved in more than 30 criminal cases in Fairfax County, including a felony case just a few weeks before the alleged abduction. That case earlier in July is for a felony charge of not stopping at the scene of a car accident causing injury, for which he was released on his own recognizance. This means he did not have to pay the bond if he signed a written promise to appear for his future court appearances. Included in the dozens of criminal cases: assault and battery of a family member and malicious wounding. The court records show Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney Steve Descano declined to prosecute Caceres Jaldin for these two cases.
