I think landlords should do yearly inspections anyways
I had a landlord who wanted to see my car if it was clean outside an inside. We got to rent from him. Check there cars

I was a landlord for 20 years. it was the hardest most demoralizing job I've ever had. take care of yourself brother ❤️
😂😂😂 maaaaan stop crying. I wish all my tenants left was a little trash. All that could be cleaned up in an hour or two. I didn't see any actual damage and all the fixtures were still there. Try bags and bags of trash in every room and closet. Holes in the walls. ceiling fans gone. One tenant accidentally burned down a whole house.

start visiting where they live in the place before you rent to them and if they won't let you or never available for you to enter their rental. go to the next applicant

l am sorry.. l have been in the same position as you renting to several tenants. Move forward and next time do a stricter background and require a decent amount of security deposit. May God bless you and stay strong. 👍

Thats why I turned down becoming a landlord! I couldn't do it. Triphaling, nasty, dirty dog. I feel for you my brother and that looks like a beautiful apartment.
