It's called cheating. You shouldn't call a winner Two hours before the polls were supposed to close. And you should allow all votes to be cast and counted before determining a winner. That's how a true Democracy works. This was a maga Fraud!

This is why voting by mail is great; it's on you to get your ballot to the state elections office by the deadline. I'm 65 and have never been to a polling station to vote.

In my opinion, the voting should end at 7:00pm. People have two weeks of early voting and it seems insane to me that people wait until 6:59pm on the last day of voting to cast a ballot. Then those same people get upset that their vote might not be counted or they get upset because they had to wait in line for 5 hours to vote.

The last minute changes to designated polling places, without notification to voters, rightfully necessitated polling places to stay open longer. As such, all ballots cast during the extended period should be counted.
why would that be a rule? did they make voting a federal holiday for workers so they could make it in line before 7pm when they get off work?

When we have companies with 2nd, 3rd shifts, 12 hour day shifts, please explain how every registered voter can vote. Voting days should be mandatory day off for every single voter so they can vote. We got stupid in this country with how people are scheduled, having shifts of 2nd and 3rd. We aren't factoring this all in for voting. Let them show their voters registration cards to employers. No penalties with employers, period.
It's starting, folks! This is what Texas and all GOP/RED/MAGA states are going to be doing to control & manipulate our voting. This is why THEY have spent the last few decades making sure THEY have GOP/MAGA JUDGES SEATED in ALL GOP/MAGA STATES.
