Trump has not negotiated anything himself, because he’s too stupid for that and only knows two words, bullying and extortion! He renamed the Department of Defense, Department of War, because he loves wars and killing people for power, and bucks. He killed in Venezuela for their oil, not really Maduro, who was just collecting bribes for letting it travel through his country. He doesn’t want democracy for Iranians, because he wants their oil too. He won’t lift a finger for Ukraine because they refused his mineral rights offer.
