Saying that she was trying to run over the ICE Agent is untrue and pretty obvious to anyone watching the several views available of this videotaped murder. She had already started to turn the wheel to the right in order to leave when the first agent lunged for her car door and tried to open it, putting his hand INSIDE HER CAR to try to open it that way. That is tantamount to an attack, fueling her with fear and adrenaline, and she was trying to run from that attack. Ross PUT HIMSELF IN FRONT OF HER CAR, she was not trying to hit him. He already was bringing up his weapon before she hit the gas. She was fleeing because she was in fear for her life. Unfortunately, her fears were well founded. The agents were NOT acting within the law that Congress has written because there was NO PROBABLE CAUSE for their angry decision to try to drag her from her car because she didn’t jump when he said jump. This is why EVERYONE is terrified of ICE, regardless of whether they are legal or not.
“I can see a mom…” No sir, no you can’t. You KNOW its a mom, because you got all that information at the same time you heard about her death. The officer on the ground saw a person who was angry, with him and his fellow officers. A person who could be capable of anything and you have no way of knowing if they have a history of violence or not. It was horrible, all around, she should have know better, he couldn’t have.
He needs to go down for murder. And actually worse, because he's a corrupt, so-called ice law enforcement. They should throw it 5 times as hard on this corrupt person that works for the corrupt corporation. Get them all even the other. ICE agents that was there the one who said To the guy that knew CPR, or he was a paramedic or whatever he wasn't allowed to go check her. That straight murder, plain and simple? That dude needs the death chair. Or we, the people needed take care of it plain and simple one or the two

Ofcourse the republican man has common sense and morals. And that’s why he said it’s a horrible situation. And it’s not right or wrong. He should not have shot her tho, he could’ve moved of the way. But I also feel like she PUT herself in that situation and got in the middle. So then yes, they told her to get out of the car, you’re detained now. And she didn’t want to and tried to drive away and got shot.
They said that, the officer had to go to the hospital for internal bleeding after being hit. That guy walked away just fine. He didn’t look injured at all. You can also see her back up and you can see her wheels turn away from the officer. Somebody has an itchy trigger finger!!!
