Taxpayers want answers too. Those parents who have some thing to loose, it will be a struggle, but taxpayers are the real victims. It’s state and local government who has failed them. The shake down has been long awaited since the Democratic Party has had control of many states.
Subsidies. Believe it or not, all of this falls at the feet of the bipartisan Congress for they spend more money than we take in. Everybody wants to blame this President or that President but who controls the Purse Strings and what must they do every year, in accordance with the Constitution to prevent CREATING a National Debt?
