may I intervene on this conversation between Congress and the president on the act of war apparently before you was even born or even thought of a wet spot in your daddy's bed Ronald Reagan and Nancy Reagan declared the war on drugs yes it passed it is still today active he does not need the words of Congress or a vote with Congress they done did this back in the 80s so wake up Congress this is why you all don't need to be there cuz you don't know what the hell you're even talking about there's been a war on drugs since the early 80s wake up you all getting paid $174,000 a year for what for something that you don't even know what the hell you're even doing or talking about this past back in 1980s🤔
