Federal law supersedes any state law you might pass protecting illegals immigrants. You can twist it anyway you want, you can illegally give them fake legal status, and you can write a law, but you cannot override federal immigration law. States have no say.

This article is misleading. ICE does have to have a warrant if they are going into a private residence. So, everyone needs to understand that. Now if they are arresting an Illegal Aliens on the street or detaining someone until they can get their credentials verified. That is all perfectly legal. Also, everyone who is having an issue with the fact that Illegal Aliens are being deported. Needs to go read the Immigration bill, that Bill Clinton signed in September of 96.Then go read what Immigration Law says about those who attempt to stand in the way of ICE doing their jobs. This President is not doing anything Illegal.
