Trump did not threaten to kill you for speaking the truth! He threatened sedition because while your words were true you had no authority to speak your truth directly to the military. If all politicians provided guidance to the military our military would be completely confused. That’s why we have a chain of command. As a prior commanding officer Kelly would have never accepted politicians speaking directly to his people! His actions pushed aside generals and commanding officers of all echelons as though they are incapable of reviewing orders for legality themselves. His words made people believe our military was following illegal orders or why say anything at all. He was wrong and he knows it!

once again I am going to cite article 892! he is in violation of this code of conduct and he is still subject to the UCMJ, because he is still drawing a pension from the Navy! 892 is explicit and there are no exceptions. now he can be called back to active duty to answer to his negligence and breaking this regulation. yes he can be court-martialed, but he can receive a sentence that would do more harm to him other than being executed! what he is doing is destroying the moral of art military by doing what he had done and he is sawing this seeds of descent which makes him under question! this also could mean, that it is an act of sedition and it is currently under investigation by the judge advocate general! it is not under an investigation by the Senate or the House of Representatives this goes beyond them and it stays in the military! senator kelly, would receive a much more fair trial in a military Court then he would in a public court or civilian Court!
