It was not dismissed on merit. It was dismissed because the judge felt that the special prosecutor was not the appropriate person to file the charges.
Trump has pardoned people with similar charges but he wants these two OUT!
Leticia James left a paper trail and can be charged again as the statute of limitations has not run out and the judge dismissed without predjudice, which means she will be tried again. Comey, on the other hand, got lucky
