this girl is lying they did not attempt to encourage military personnel to defy lawful orders they were informing the military that they have the ability to deny unlawful orders in other words if you're in the Army and the President says should protesters in the back and kill them that's an unlawful order and you don't have to follow it

Plain and simple. Yes, let’s be clear, the President said “illegal Orders” in his statement. Therefore, the President did not give any lawful order, it was an illegal order. The members of Congress should not have to remind or tell our military members what the roll is.
