They are absolutely right. we all took an oath.in that oath, the armed forces have a duty to report illegal orders and to refuse to follow those orders. The order is contained in the oath taken at the enlistment ceremony.

Nope, they are absolutely wrong. I served in the Air Force and carried a top secret clearance. These people are falsely trying to make you believe that President Trump is going to attempt to use the military to attack the US citizens. He has made no such statement. He has indicated that legal action against the Communist controlled so called Democrat party may be necessary as is described in the Constitution. They have been shown to be in direct violation of not only our laws, but the Constitution itself. The Communist Democrats know that they belong in prison, and as an aid in preventing this are trying to convince the American public that any action against them would be a militarily violent attack on them. Arresting Communists in an attempt to prevent them from illegally taking over our government and then our country is not a military attack on the citizenship of America.

Who determines if an order is lawful or not? This is only complicating things. How would a soldier determine if the orders they are given are legal or not? I am very glad to see people are coming together to speak out, but I'm just a bit confused about how an order is determined to be lawful?
