Ice are loser criminals most pardoned by trump. Border patrol are just trying to put food on the table for their family.
Think about it.. nothing happens on the federal level without a vacuum.. They patrol, collect document, analyze, study, watch, Who come, goes, and stays in our country.. Another federal agencies with local jurisdiction is needed and created.... to enforce. Hence Ice
The CBP ...is to focus on foreign nationals Who have been here legally with documentation...but are non-citizens. CBP has federal records, that local Ice agencies don't have Ice is the enforcement.
