Unscrupulous sellers targeting young kids with fancy colorful packaging. This industry knew exactly what it was doing since Day #1. Rules were agreed on, the producers and sellers knew the rules and they knowingly stretched them expecting not to get caught. But liberals will blame Trump, right?
