The GOP is saying no because they do not want to continue paying for illegals or sex changing surgeries across the globe.
You mean, making sure that Medicaid is not used by migrant/illegals. Now they’ve been flooding our ER for years. Hospitals cannot turn them away, so they are given care bills are never paid and it falls back on the taxpayers. But the taxpayers also cannot afford to give every man woman and child legal or illegal free healthcare

I took the time to Google who pays for emergency room visits and hospital stays for people without health insurance basically the government and people who have insurance they raise the cost of your care to cover the costs of uninsured people
It’s bad but not as bad as starvation and planes falling out of the sky. But health care needs fixed. Find the health people not the CEO scammers. Start allowing 50+ buy into Medicare early… the demographic the insurance screws over by spiking premiums. Fund baseline things like MRI and CT scans and those screenings you forced insurance to cover, find direct not through greedy insurance pockets. It’s as important as the military.

Why are they fighting so hard to pay insurance companies thousands of dollars per insured, per month? I put my information for my family with $65K income per year and it came up with $4,500 a month insurance premium. I pay $1,100 and the government pays Cigna $3500. That’s insane!! Nowhere outside of Obamacare is anybody paying $4,500 a month for a health insurance policy. It’s thievery!!
