because it is shut down and I am a republican does not mean it's okay to offer partial it's not benefits it is not okay. the state's a promise at the last minute to help with food at the food banks are taken back their money. so partial SNAP benefits is not going to help especially through the holidays that is coming up. family get together communities get together this is what the United States is about people people get together so step up Washington and give out the real SNAP benefits and deal with your individual budget programs on your own without hurting the people

If they partially fund the snap program, somebody needs to tell the people that are getting it to only buy what they positively have. They have no no, Redbull no potato chips, only thing that they need milk bread, butter, chicken, canned vegetables, just common sense. things it’s not easy, but it is necessary until the government reopens. Actually, it should be done all the time and you not use all your benefits on the first day spread it out in case something comes up

The judges do not have the power of the purse!!!!!!! The Constitution gives the power of the purse to Congress. For all their finger pointing, the Democrats could solve this problem with the power of voting. Senate Democrats have now voted 16 times to not fund the food stamp program, also known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Bottom line, the well has run dry. At this time, there will be no benefits issued November 01. We are approaching an inflection point for Senate Democrats. They can continue to hold out for healthcare for illegal aliens and gender mutilation procedures or reopen the government so mothers, babies, and the most vulnerable among us can receive critical nutrition assistance. This is all the Democrats no one else!!!!!
I would like to know what lawyer had the audacity to work with Trump to file an appeal to keep people starving is totally inhumane unethical, immoral allowing a president to defy a judge to keep children seniors and veterans from eating, but rather hold them hostage and starve them
