The judge does not to have the authority to rule on Nation wide rulings only the Supreme Court has that authority. The judge can only rule on things within their jurisdiction.

SNAP benefits have never been stopped during a shut down. This is being used as political tool which is wrong on so many levels. There are seniors and disabled already struggling and this is going to just make it worse.
