They going to rule the Legislative Branch actually Fund it? Executive has Emergency National Funds that are allocated for National Security or in the event of a disaster. That Fund is not allocated by Congress to Fund Agriculture and cover SNAP itself. Executive Branch is having legal try to figure out how to even disperse that Funding to SNAP as it is not even enough to cover it. Judges can order all they want but Legislative Branch decides the Funding needed to continue SNAP. Not Executive. Executive could cover maybe a week but that brings us right back to the Legislative Branch needing to Fund it and now our Nation doesn't have EF for any, heaven forbid, disaster needed to be covered. RNC just needs to use the Nuclear Option. DNC Senate is just going to continue their Political BS and causing a National Security issue now.

They found money to pay military, police, remodeling of the White House, multiple golf trips for dump and a big Great Gatsby themed Halloween party at Fart A Lardo. Oh I forgot Argentina, we could’ve funded SNAP for months with what was GIVEN TO THEM! Now Argentina is putting soybean farmers and cattle ranchers out of business so JD Vance’s company AcreTrader can buy up those farms and ranches for pennies on the dollar and sell them to foreigners. It all makes sense, let working Americans suffer.

The Constitution gives the power of the purse to Congress. For all their finger pointing, the Democrats could solve this problem with the power of voting. Senate Democrats have now voted 13 times to not fund the food stamp program, also known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Bottom line, the well has run dry. At this time, there will be no benefits issued November 01. We are approaching an inflection point for Senate Democrats. They can continue to hold out for healthcare for illegal aliens and gender mutilation procedures or reopen the government so mothers, babies, and the most vulnerable among us can receive critical nutrition assistance. This is all the Democrats no one else!!!!!
