This will be overruled. The Supreme Court ruled more than once a regional judge cannot set national policy and cannot tell Congress how to spend money. Separation of powers and the issue with national injunctions.

why did she say 'our food" ? it's not ours. it belongs to farmers who grow it and sell it to the companies that process the food we an buy and eat. If the food was"ours" then we would have to be the farmers. And if anything and it belongs to someone else, then that would have to be the tax paying natural American citizens.
