Congress holds the purse strings and writes the law. The executive branch executes the law. Judges are tasked to interpret the written law. A judge telling the executive branch they have to use unrelated funds for SNAP seems like a strange interpretation of written law. I suspect it is an activist judge trying to make his own law.

When you become dependent on govt for your most basic need (food), you have already surrendered your personal sovereignty. You openy cry "NO KINGS". Yet if we were to have one, you'd be standing as a subject in a bread/soup line right now. You have turned what should be temporary assistance into a carreer of existing on legislated hand outs. You expect govt to provide for you as you openly protest that same govt....quite literally biting the hand that feeds you. You ARE being manipulated.
