The USDA has stated in their legal analysis that the funds are for a real emergency. You cannot demand funds be used for an emergency created by the same people demanding it. Additionally, it would run out of funds in 2.5 weeks. So, then where would the money come from? The Democrat shutdown is backfiring on the Democrats… and no amount of sugar can coat this one. It will be used throughout the 2026 midterm campaigns. This is so embarrassing for Democrats.
