My SNAP was canceled. Oh wait, that is because I have found a job.
Retired Veteran here. I get about 100 bucks a month from SNAP. May not seem like a lot. but to me, it is. Amd I'm grateful. To lose that would hurt. But I guess I can always donate plasma or something. Sucks. but. it is what it is.

As a senior in remission with MS I went back to work. I get no extra help. I worked most of my life. Why do i have to still pay taxes toward snap and other programs that won't help me now when i need it? So why are these young people complaining? I raised 4 kids as well. i used help back then as a stepping stone when my husband left us. No child support at all!!! But God got us through it!! 💕🙏

This is a very worrisome situation in our country. I'm hopeful that this gets sorted out PDQ. I had a caregiver about six years ago and she told me that her daughter had to pay EBT back 5,000.00 because she and her husband were collecting benefits separately and got caught.
I'm a 51 year old, disabled college student and homeschool mom. we fled domestic violence last year, I'm in school but still can't even drive. I have to tell my 12 yr old no one will bring food and I can't go get it. yeah there are bad people, in every place not just low or no income. you tell me should I go back to domestic violence to feed my kid or continue in school and struggle through to the other side. well, there are lots of lidget cases with kids, sick folks and aged people. so haters hate but God sees
