When the democrats stayed to negotiate the republicans left Washington on vacation/recess? Hmmm? The republicans are to blame so far. The Dems have said any time any place and the republicans have done nothing… hmmm? Should be 100% Republican fault so far until they start to negotiate. Then they can share some blame. But when all you do is threaten the Dems you’re not going to find any common ground and that’s where negotiations start.
