I didn't beat it until the end of twenty twenty when I had a bone marrow transplant. Now, my wife has stage 4 cancer and she's been given one year to live without treatment. And he wants to take her health care away because she can't work. My wife is going to die because of this man and his tax cuts for the wealthy.

The democrates didn't want to work with him, wanted the shutdown to make him look bad, but since they stopped the money flow, he could shut down the programs that that there was no money for. They screwed themselves on that part. Republicans wanted them to fund the government so everything would go on as it was until they could agree on a budget & they said no and let it close. They'll have time to settle it when they all get back into session but not before Democrates pet projects are defunct because they allowed them to close.
