Democrats love their criminals
The ruling of a liberal judge has done nothing but delay the deployment of the troops. The truly sad part of all this is the fact that it was all avoidable. If the liberal governors of these sanctuary states would just uphold the federal laws concerning immigration and protect not only their constituents but the hundreds of millions of their state taxpayers dollars we wouldn't be in this situation.
As of now Trump has crossed, nay, jumped across the line. As of now he is turning the military against US Citizens, and therefor clearly violating his oath of office. 17 million veterans in the US, including myself (took the oath twice) now have not only a moral and ethical but a legal obligation to carry out that oath and defend the constitution against domestic enemies. Trump (and his administration) is that enemy. Military personnel can be prosecuted under the UCMJ for following unlawful orders.

no Kings stop the judges from ruling from the court. they have overstepped their constitutional authority and should be ignored and impeached
it will be overturned by the Supreme Court. have noticed that SCOTUS is getting more and more critical of these activist judges in their decisions.
The country is going into a vortex on which several high profile people who are at the court's are diverting the Epstein case and all those innocent underage girls including the actuality girl's who are under others pederasts and well known proxenets like didi combs who's is asking for pardon Maxwell is going to be able to be pardon thanks to who? all those prominent ones.

This sounds to me that this ruling has many cracks in it. For instance. If the guard can be federalized by changing command directly to in this case the President of the United States. How can this circuit judge claim tgat the new command the President cant deploy them where he sees fit when an unrest or out of control situation in an uprising that for whatever reason the local law inforcent can't control . In this case they are told to stand down an let happen what happens. The U.S. Supreme Court will surely change that circuit judges ruling as what has happened in other cases and situation.
