Ignore the judge. This case is clear. 1. Illegal immigrants are just that, Illegal. 2. It is the job of ICE to arrest and deport illegals with no clear refugee status. 3. Leftist states and cities have openly said the would obstruct the governments actions to legally detain and deport. 4. Said states are cities have allowed violent riots and attack on ICE officers to occur unimpeded. 5. Said states made it public that they would not aid federal officers under any circumstances. 6. In both California and Oregon ICE became under attack by far left militia. The local government in both Portland and LA forbid local LEOS from responding to distress calls by encircled ICE agents. This could have resulted in ICE being required to fear for their lives and use lethal force. 7. These states are in the process of secedeing from the United States by not recognizing the duly elected officials and their power.
