g. Kelly NO on 50. In 2008 California voters passed prop 11 creating an Independent Redistricting Commission taking the power out of the hands of both parties. Now Gavin Newsom wants to thwart the will of the people, spend over 250 million dollars on special elections, no money for prop 36, and change the California Constitution. If this passes you really will have taxation without representation and a totally skewed map. NO on 50
