Well first of all criminals don't want to be dealt with...Memphis is Actually, one of the most crime-ridden cities in America.I think it actually beats chicago just by a hair. The funny thing is, they call it outside intrusion.Well, National Guard is not outside intrusion.It's internal cleanup duty.That's what the national guard is for. People are getting confused with the developments between military and National Guard.The National Guard is not the military.The national guard is here to take care of domestic issues within the country. Don't know why people don't get it.You can tell them over and over again , it's like.....duhhhh ... Oh no our city is perfectly fine.We don't have any crime.Everybody's self-sufficient.Yeah they're self sufficient because they're all criminals.
