The problem is the Florida SUPREME Court said the open carry ban is Constitutional. That ruling outweighs the appeals court ruling. How again is open carry the law?
I love the new law on open carry, but it will be similar to the motorcycle helmet law, after a while everyone will go back to concealed. But Florida is right in this new law.
