It is clearly obvious that not one of these people have ever read the Constitution. The Founding Fathers declared Washington DC as a District that is not to be run by a State. It is a Federal Government District run by Congress and managed by the Executive Branch. At any time the Federal Government can take complete control of Washington DC as was done by President Trump. It is 100% legal and constitutional.
