INFERIOR Courts:Article III of our Constitution states, "The judical power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish."These inferior courts were not and should not be intended to be equal to or have the same powers as the Supreme Court. They are inferior courts.These inferior courts were never intended to judge the article I (Legislative), the article II (Executive), or the article III (Supreme Court) branches. These branches are to check each other. These inferior courts are assuming power not given to them and must be checked. They are making judgements outside their jurisdiction and outside their judicial districts and MUST be summarily checked. Since they were ordained and established by Congress, it is the responsibility and duty of Congress to set the boundaries or dissolve these inferior courts. Call your representatives in Congress, Senate and House!
