I'm a contractor in Washington/Oregon and the illegal workers have driven down our wages because people can get the work done cheap...legitimate contractors that hire American workers like our company celebrate the illegal slaves that are stealing our dollars and rightful compensation....as for the illegals many of them get paid pennies and scarcely at that....they are at the mercy of those they work for....many don't get paid and are to fearful to take them to court because of their immigration status....come back legally and get paid good...win win for everyone....🤔

I guess they shouldn't have broke the law. Why are construction firms hiring illegals to begin with? Also, if they did nothing wrong, why are they losing workers? Do they even pay these illegals a fair wage to begin with? There should be a 120% tax on illegal wages paid.
